On January 3rd, RISE was honored to invite Dr. Chen to give the teachers an interesting and engaging lecture, “How to be an effective teacher.” She guided the young teachers how to teach with fun stories and examples. In the final question and answer session, Dr. Chen answered everyone’s questions patiently. She feels that all the teachers at RISE have the excellent qualities to become social pillars in the future. A total of 44 audiences participated this time, and both adults and children who participated in the lecture benefited a lot. We appreciate Dr. Chen’s enthusiasm for charity at the beginning of the new year and giving such a meaningful lesson to the teachers. Teachers are encouraged to use their creativity and leadership to continuously improve the quality of classroom teaching and make Sunshine Reading Club flourish.
