If your child has not yet registered as a RISE member\, please let us know and we will send you a registration form. \nKids Against Hunger (KAH) Waiver Form: Please sign the KAH Waiver Form in advance and either send it to us before the event or bring it with you and submit it on-site. \nNo cost for volunteers! RISE will cover all participation costs. Donations are welcome to help support RISE volunteer programs and activities. \nVolunteer Hours Verification: Students who need volunteer-hour verification may receive 2 hours of service credit. Please ask one of the event chaperone parents to sign your volunteer-hours form. \nDress Code:  Children are encouraged to wear a RISE shirt if possible. If you would like to purchase a RISE shirt\, please let us know your size. We will bring shirts for selection at the event. \nWe warmly welcome all children to sign up for this event. Let’s come together to package meals for hungry children and make a difference through service and compassion!
