Music Performance 2022

The RISE music group’s first-ever performance was a success! On December 7, 2022, the RISE music group held a recital for the elderly at the Pleasanton nursing home to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas, and to wish the seniors a Happy New Year! The purpose of this project was to spread holiday cheer and elevate the seniors’ mood after a difficult time period the COVID-19 pandemic, and this goal was definitely achieved. The seniors were elated to have the RISE music group give them a performance, and from time to time, some ran to the performance to take videos and pictures as souvenirs to remember this event by. The Performers were full of energy, and brought not only wonderful music to the elders, but a joyful atmosphere as well!
