Kids Against Hunger 2026

On January 17, 2026, RISE volunteers took part in the KAH Packing event. Together with other volunteer groups, they helped pack nearly 23,000 meals. Each meal serves six children, and the completed packs will be shipped to Congo to support impoverished and displaced children.
March 21, 2026
On March 21, 2026, RISE volunteers took part in a KAH packing event. There were many other volunteer groups, and the weather was hot, but together they packed 20,088 meals, which is equivalent to 120528 children that would be fed.
May 9, 2026
On May 9, 2026, RISE volunteers joined forces with several community groups for the Kids
Against Hunger (KAH) packing event. Together, the teams successfully packed over 10,500
meals, a massive effort that resulted in 63,000 individual servings. These life-saving meal
packs are now being shipped to Ukraine and Haiti to provide essential nutrition to
impoverished and displaced children.
