Volunteer opportunity:
RISE SF is now participating in San Francisco’s Adopt-A-Street Program and currently adopts 3 blocks along West Portal Ave. All RISE members are encouraged to participate. Activities involve keeping this street clean, which includes picking up trash and fallen leaves. Supplies are provided.
Goal/Purpose:
• Keep a local San Francisco street clean of litter and debris
• Make an impact on your local community by creating a cleaner urban space for fellow residents, visitors, and local businesses
Location:
West Portal Ave from Ulloa St to 15th St (Meeting Point: West Portal Branch Library)
