It is organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of California (“California Nonprofit Corporation Law”) and under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code for public educational purposes only.
RISE respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Reading or learning materials are provided to support educational use for the students.
